In the previous parts of this series, we explained the process from membership registration to bidding.
This time, we will summarize the entire process from purchase confirmation to delivery.

Step 1: Payment
Once the purchase is confirmed and the container is ready to be filled for shipment, we will issue a Sales Confirmation / Proforma Invoice.
Please review the details and arrange a payment.
・Payment Method: T/T (Bank Transfer)
・Payment Terms: Advance payment (Shipment preparation starts after payment confirmation)

After confirming your payment, we will notify you via your member page about the payment confirmation and estimated shipping schedule.
Making your payment earlier may allow us to move your shipment schedule forward.

Step 2: Export Preparation
Once your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing for shipment.
・Arranging container loading
・Preparing shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
If you would like to include specific information on the Bill of Lading (such as your company name or special notes), please inform your sales representative in advance.

Step 3: Shipping
After the vessel departs, all shipping documents will be uploaded to your member page.
Please log in, download them, and confirm the details.

Step 4: Transport, Customs & Delivery
After the vessel arrives, please complete the import customs clearance procedures on your end.
For customs clearance, use the Invoice, Packing List, and B/L issued by TAS.
